2. Ordering Goods from Us

2.3 Placing an order involves adding selected items to the shopping bag and proceeding to checkout. Items in the shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Please review your order carefully before submission.

2.4 Payment is collected immediately upon completion of the payment process, and confirmation and delivery details are sent via email.

2.5 Exceptional cases may lead to us not accepting your order, typically due to unavailability of goods, payment authorization issues, or pricing or description mistakes. In such cases, a confirmation email will notify you, and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

2.6 Your order is accepted only when we email you a Confirmation Email, indicating the formation of a legally binding contract. Goods will be dispatched, or the estimated dispatch date will be communicated.

3. Delivery

3.1 Orders cannot be cancelled once placed; the contract is completed upon order receipt.

3.2 The estimated delivery date is provided in the Confirmation Email, though delivery is not guaranteed on that date.

3.3 Delivery requires a signature at the delivery address, serving as conclusive evidence of goods receipt.

3.4 If no one is available for delivery, alternative arrangements must be made; failure to deliver may result in the inability to cancel the order and issue a refund.

3.5 Custom orders may face delays beyond our control, with no refund available for delays up to 7 days.

4. Payment

4.4 Credit/debit cards are charged immediately post-payment completion.

4.6 U.K. shipping includes sales tax; international shipping excludes taxes, and customers are responsible for paying them.

Please note discrepancies in weights, sizes, and measurements may exist. Hand-finished garments may exhibit small irregularities, and colours may vary.

6. Made-to-Measure and Altered Garments

6.1 Custom and altered garments are produced based on provided specifications.

7. Returns or Exchanges

7.1 Returns or refunds are only accepted for faulty goods, requiring notification within 24 hours of receipt.

7.2 Faulty goods may be returned for repair, replacement, or a refund.

7.3 Contact us within 24 hours of receipt to initiate the returns process.

7.4 Repaired or replaced goods are delivered at no additional cost.

7.5 Refunds are subject to outfit condition and at our sole discretion, contingent on inspection team approval.

7.6 Damaged items must be reported immediately; repair, exchange, or credit note options are available.

8. End of the Contract

Contract termination does not affect owed payments.

9. Limit on Our Responsibility to You

Except for legal responsibilities, our liability is limited to the amount paid for goods and delivery.
